BEGINNER LEVEL

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Don't have time to train? We have the workout for you! We have developed a lunch time buster; which will get you in shape before you say; ham sandwich!

TRX Workout? Try flipping crane tyres in Lazarus Fitness!! We are all about working out a different way in Lazarus Fitness, you wont have trained like it before!!
ADVANCED LEVEL
We have weights from 2kg through to 52kg; if you are looking to build strength, you are in good company at Lazarus Fitness!

Our classes are designed to build your core muscle sets. At Lazarus Fitness, you will get a sixpack; but you wont be sat there doing crunches all day!!
